During regular visits, we will always provide a check-up to see how you are progressing and how your spine is moving. We will provide educational information about topics such as ergonomics or an activity that you are interested in. Additionally, we will give you postural advice and stretches/exercises at certain times. You will also receive an adjustment at each regular visit. We always seek to educate our patients to empower them to make the decision for themselves about how often to see a chiropractor.
